The cost of the event is $500 + taxes and includes:

• Booth space (size is limited to 6' X 6' to accommodate all exhibitors)
• Continental breakfast and buffet lunch for 2 representatives (if you require more than 2 vouchers, there will be an additional charge)
• Up to 2 parking passes (if you require more than 2 parking passes, there will be an additional charge)

Payment Information:
You will receive details with regards to how to make payment in your e-mail confirmation once accepted. We will only be accepting credit card payments – VISA & Mastercard. Deadline to make payment is September 13, 2024, by 4pm.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received prior to September 2, 2024 will be refunded in full with a deduction of a $50 administration fee if a payment was made and needs to be reimbursed.

Cancellations received between September 2, 2024, and prior to September 8, 2024, will be refunded 50% with a deduction of a $50 administration fee if a payment was made and needs to be reimbursed.

No refund for cancellations received after September 8, 2024. If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to ccjobs@yorku.ca
